We don't like the room so didn't stay there. They photos showing was pretty good but real room was not. Spider webs n smell of seepage was there. Can't share the service because we didn't stay there

This is one of the best hotels in Dhaiya Road, Near Bartand, Bus stand, Opposite CMRI Gate. This is approximately 2.5 KM from Dhanbad Railway station. You will find room in budget and staff behaviour was also good.

The best thing is the food facilities in hotel . The food is awesome and so testey. I like this hotel for the behaviour of the staffs and how they addressed you. It's impressing. I stayed 2 nights and ordered lunch and dinner then I know the food is awesome. But so many checks for merried couples and it's so irritating. Even this is a good hotel. Breakfast also available free of cost. And and dining area is also neat and clean. It's a good hotel so far.

Please read this review before a visit. Hopefully the owner will come to know about the staff of this hotel as well after this review. Water logging issue in all the bathrooms due to constructional issue of drain which is quite high. Dirty buckets and mugs which needs immediate replacement. Staff at the reception are so unprofessional that if you call for anything, you need to wait and wait and then you fed up or leave, otherwise keep on pinging them in every 15 minutes. I called to ask for breakfast at 10:30 am, they replied so rudely and said that breakfast is over after 10, only bread can be provided and next will be lunch at 1 pm. Also, they have a very big parking issue which they must be aware of. Plenty other issues which I will be adding as soon as I will check out whenever get time. I hope this will be helpful for the owner to maintain a standard of an international hotel otherwise definitely you will need to replace it as other hotels nearby are quite superior without having "international" hotel tagline.

Everything was very nice except Every time light goes and comes A.C. needs to be manually started.

Worst Hotel to stay, Fully Money minded. I had shared pics of my shirts given for laundry there. Neither washed nor pressed. Charged me for the same. Anyone can check the bill also. They think, they can fool any one. Food. Complementary food is completely the worst. Don't ever try any egg dishes for God's sake. Accomodation. Rooms are too pricey for the service offered. Billing. Check twice before pay, they even charge you for the complementary water bottle. @SG INTERNATIONAL WE WILL MEET SOON legally.
