When gym feels like home there is one more reason to be motivated to stay fit. I have reached my best fitness goals under excellent guidance of Kishan Sir. He is one of the few gems because of his polite nature and skills to ensure that I stay fit while eating. Working out at this gym is my best hour of the day because of the lively atmosphere, friendly trainers and delicious treats as a reward.

After shifting gandhinagar to nadiad i find one of best gym in nadiad the best facility around. This new location is mint from the staff, to the equipment, to the facility itself. From management, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in Gym. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SFW to anyone. I am certainly satisfied thus far and have been blown away by my experience at this new facility

The gym is really very nice and has all the equipments as well as the trainers are very polite and humble. They also do many events every month. There are many fun activities occasionally being held by the gym. There are also batches of zumba,yoga and floor workout on individual days. It has everything a perfect gym has to offer....One of the best gym centre in nadiad.

I joined first time Gym, nd here my experience is good. The gym exercises are good nd affective, but the most interesting is they also include yoga nd zumba nd floor work out. We enjoyed lot nd hope our journey will going smooth.
