This is a wonderful well equipped gym. Air conditioned, good change rooms with showers. Lots of new equipment to let you workout any way you want to. The staff were great and let us transfer our 1 week membership after we ended up at a different gym that was also called sfw Gym. Make sure to take membership and enjoy the gym with fun and fitness

First time ever I have joined gym and opted for SFW suggested by some of my friends I am a heart patient and the trainers of Gym take utmost care for the same while my exercise and gymming. I have opted for personal training of Aryan sir and to be Frank he is very supportive and also boost our motivation for fitness

I've been a member of the gym for several mths now and I am extremely happy withmy experience. The equipment is well-maintained and there is a great variety of options for all types of workouts. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they always go out of their way to help me with anything I need. I appreciate the clean and welcoming environment, and I feel like the gym truly cares about its members. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great fitness experience.

Hi Hello Sir I have been a member of SFW for 1 year and my press has been asking me to do personal training for a long time because their target has to be completed, that's why I have paid ten thousand rupees for personal training, now the month has to be completed. I am still not satisfied with the way I have been working on my personal training or I have updated my personal training till now and have sent it to you for marketing or I am not getting any benefit from my personal training or I am skipping it or I think He is in such a low maintenance situation in SFW or the customer is not getting the experience of bed service or there is no maintenance of gym machines in SFW, he is not running clean or even the gals are not clean or he is very little which does not make your point. I should wait till some time will improve but till now it has not happened so I am forced to inform you now that I will have to take you to my SFW for maint or parsal training and I will keep myself like this.
