Great experience .... staff and trainers r very friendly n supportive specially I like zumba and yoga batch I never skip this too...also they offer black coffee for clients while doing workouts...also they do many activities like playing games , party etc..I suggest u all to join sfw once

Excellent facilities and equipments. The trainers are very friendly and helpful. The cafe inside the gym is icing on the cake. Overall this gym will give you a feel that as if you are inside your personal gym. The atmosphere is homely. Overall- EXCELLENT.

This gym has all the facilities including gym machines and dumbbells. Also if you want the guidance from trainers, they will provide you the good advice for your fitness. Purely recommend to anyone who is enthusiastic for fitness.

All SFW branches has different rates and still they inform rates as per company policy. All premises are private property of individual owners. No steam bath, No sanitisation. Only publicity on outside activities photos and creating rush.
