Worst experience !!! i would say it was disgusting , at the time of booking they said that its a villa / resort and they share the pictures on whatsall of all the rooms, but when we personally visited the place its was a total mess and disgusting. I felt like i have come to some other place.. even Railway toilets are much clean. for 6 people they have given 4*4 room and askes us to adjust... the matress which were given were not washesd, its was stinking badly.. the bedsheet which was on the bed is from 2-3 years , they havent changed the bedsheet at all.. there were all stains on the bedsheet... Rooms ere having kitchen platform.. and on that they have laid all the room stuff. Food area was yukkk... I means there was water all over the place.. no hygine at all ....food tables were dirty ... there was mud all over it, we had to ask them several time to clean but they were not interested . No proper electricity connection , we had apent our whole night in dark as there were no electricity . Please do not viai this place as the owener doest care..
Worst experience ever Visited on 08/07/2023 & 09/07/2023 Mr.Shinde is greedy for money he only ask for money before the we reach at Sfruti Farm house. Caretaker and his family is only available on farmhouse. We were 15 person and manger aloted us only 7 beds and after giving advance manager does not respond. Worst service provided. PLEASE DONT VISIT THIS FARM HOUSE. Electricity were not available from midnight. Water supply was only available for few hours. Kindly avoid this farm. Farmhouse is not clean and not maintained properly. Food is also not good.
1 star because 0 star option is not available. worst experience ever. never seen such resort in my life. they take money in advance and then never respond back in case of any assistance. literally scammers they are do not visit this place you will regret your decision instantly once you reach there and since they take full money from you in advance you will have no choice but to go from 24 hr torture. not at all good if you have female in the group. Its not hygenic at all. There was no elecricity whole night and they did not even pick up the call and never showed his face or answered his phone till the time we checked out of the property. Beware of such fraud people do not visit here.

It was my worst experience ever... There was no electricity for whole day and night... Food wasn't even served properly..no coffee aur tea was served in brkfast..misal was watery.. No water was evn provided... Totally unhygienic place... They show a big villa bt they gaved small box container like room without attached bathroom..any one can use it not at all safe for girls as well.. Caretaker was too rude he was least interested aftr power breakdown.. They just care about there money. He denied to contact to owner aftr 2-4 calls as owner was not receiving calls.. nothing good to visit this place...we just wasted our precious time and hard earning money...
Only swimming pool is in good condition & very clean. But rest rooms, canteen & toilet are not good condition. Food quality is also poor. They need to be improvement in services.
Pro:- Nothing Cons:- 1. Common washroom for every guest which is located outside of the room. 2. Room are as dusty and dirty as possible 3. No kitchen so they order food from outside.but in case u visit their kitchen setup I bet u , u will checkout as soon as possible. 4.Pool looks good but the water inside is nasty. People drink nearby pool and spit in pool, (our love encounter) 5.other than big villa they have small villa in which they literally force 7 peoples to ADJUST in couple room. 6. Rooms conditions are pathetic. 7. The common area where u can eat food is nightmare. 8.we visited on 8th July 2023 and on 9th July 2023, it was a night stay basically. We opted for group the electric condition was horrible that the power was out from 2AM in midnight till next day even after we checkout due to power outage . Ultimate answer:- If you don't want to waste ur time and money do not even think to visit this hell....
The location is great. The property is big and the location is great. However, has not been maintained well. Rooms are stinking, AC doesn't cool enough, fans are squeaking, no phone/laptop charging points by the beds, and the kitchen is unusable. The only thing well maintained is the swimming pool.
