suite rooms so spacious and really value for money. breakfast and restraunt good. service was good. room service and house keeping also prompt, quick and agile. it was a casual family vacation, we were so happy and it's memorable one, will definitely recommend anyone. location is far but worth it for the serenity and view.

The room was very spacious, one bedroom, 2 bathroom - one with toilet and another with toilet and shower, and a living room with microwave and fridge. Close to newly established Lulu mall, airport and UST campus and Technopark. Electric iron is available upon request - an iron stand seemed abused - not a big issue to use but looked very poor. Laundry takes 2 days - no same day return. They also lost one sock which I asked them to check and found it - didn't they check before return??? The bar is on the ground floor which is plus of this hotel while the bar can sell only beer and cocktails - no hard liquor such as whisky and rum are not sold due to the liquor license constraint. The breakfast is served in the big ballroom on 4th floor which is also often used for some meetings so the breakfast is served on the hallway. Pretty much Indian flavors and toast. Egg is available upon request. No fresh vegetables which is not welcome by the most of the foreign visitors. Do not forget to turn on the 'Heater' switch for hot shower otherwise the shower temperature remains cold - I came to know the trick on the third day.

Good rooms. Big and spacious. Good ambience as well. Located at good spot near airport, lulu mall and techno park. Restaurant is also good but a bit expensive. Bathroom was clean and well maintained as well. Totally recommend it.

Excellent location in Trivandrum. Jeevan Xavier has been such a big support for us. This is the 3rd time we have used SFS Homebridge and Jeevan's support for accommodating our guests from abroad as this is the best service apartment which gives a 5 star hotel experience but with a homely touch. Very nice rooms and very good service The location is very close to the highway so noisy at night owing to the traffic

Good kind of accommodation of its kind. The breakfast is very nice. Can have a comfortable stay near Technopark.

Hotel staff is fantastic and very cooperative. They make you feel at home. I had a great experience staying here. Rooms are equipped with kitchen and bathrooms are top class. Close to Padmanabhaswamy temple and Thiruvananthapuram airport. Quality food too.
