Rooms are getting old and need to be maintained. I had visited this place approx ten years ago and thought of staying this time around since I was quite impressed with the stay the last time. Had booked two premium plus suite but realized later that they gave one! The room was not ready even at 3.30pm. Breakfast was not tasty and it was cold.
Good place for a short stay. Enough for a small family. Big rooms, Clean toilets etc. Food could have been better.
Reasonable room rates. Good breakfast. Family friendly. Rooms could be cleaner when comparing to European standards. Rooms overlooking to adjacent flats. Considering the price of PS50 per day, it's very good value.
The place is situated at a prime location and it is a service apartment. Clean rooms and prompt service.

10/10 Amazing service and hats off to the house keeping staff to maintain this place so well. Super clean rooms with spacious living area, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 balconies with great view. There was not even a single issue with any of the things provided at hotel. Also, Mr. Nikhil at the reception was so helpful and courteous from the time of booking till checkout. I would definitely visit this place again. Best of Luck. The security staffs at this place are so welcoming and give a real helping hand at all times.
Nice premium appartment hotel in the city with cozy room & nice interior designing with international standards. Food including starters as per the menu was so yummy. Excellent service by house keeping,room service,front office and chef & GM.. highly recommended property.
Hotel is great , rooms are super clean & beautifully decorated, quite big rooms & ambience is lovely, every rooms are equipped with thing what tourist needed, Buffet had selected variety but Food is good & tasty, need more items to be added, staff is polite but not sufficient need more staff, as there was no one to handle luggage when we arrived, staff need to trained. I met Akhila staff at restaurant she is quite humble & polite, she is talking to everybody with smile, need more staff like her. All it need to improve the service only, I will give 8/10 marks for overall performance for this beautiful hotel

I have been here for the last two days, a very good ambience, a place to go anywhere in Thiruvananthapuram city. like railway station, airport and highway. Good rooms and good attitude and cooperation from the staff. I liked very much.
The rooms were spacious and very clean. It was equipped with AC, table, Chairs and working station. It is 10 min walk to the historic temple and other local attractions.
