Full points for giving good service and being friendly .... I hired their scooty for 14 days... On 9th day the scooty developed some maintenance issue... called them and they immediately replaced it... Being a machine maintenance issue may come anytime but the best thing was they attended my request promptly...

I had a fantastic experience with SFA Bike Rental during my 5-week bike rental. The bike was consistently in good condition, and the rental person was incredibly nice and responsive to all my inquiries. When I faced a starting issue one morning, a simple call resulted in a replacement bike arriving within the next hour. Their exceptional service, reliable bikes, and competitive pricing make them my go-to choice in Trichy. Highly recommended!

Took this for 24hrs. The process is smooth, all queries are answered quickly. They are helpful via WhatsApp as well. All quick and clear. Pickup and drop also available. 200rs for pickup and 200rs for drop. 3000 deposit. Price for one day starts from 600rs , bikes ranging from activa , Dio, to bullet bikes. No hassles at all. Both pickup and delivery happened without any confusion. Special mention on Dinakaran for all the support. Only con is the bike I got which is old, the condition is good though. Overall a good place for bike rental, just book one day in advance.

Rented pulser 150 for 3 days. Initially bike was keep stopping. But the representative person was very kind and approacable. He came and helped me checking the bike issue. Lately got to know it was because of empty fuel tank. Later no issue with the bike at all. Overall good to go. Message to management : please don't give bike with almost empty tank.

PROS: * First thanks to Mr.Divagar he is very good person and politely person kindly handled the coustomer. * Bike condition was very good. * The rent affordable price, low amount deposit, trust rental bike services. * And they provide proper documents you can travel until Himalayas. CONS: * I'll give 2.5 star because per day allowed 100 km only it's not enough for long drive. * Extra kilometres charage 5 Rs/KM. * Not available top brand and sports bikes showing only google images. * After 24 hours make charges for every 1 hour charge the amount * Maximum 4 hrs only allowed, after 4 hrs charged one day amount. This is too bad service

Call with customer care/ staff was good till the time we reached the place but after reaching the place we saw the plywood board then we called the customer care/ staff. They ask why you gone without informing prior ???? When you mentioned the timing in google maps what's the point of calling and confirming when you reach the place before the closing time 6pm apprx? I don't feel it's customer friendly or supportive You guys(customer) decide and share me if you get positive/supportive response.
