Hotel property is decent. Went there to attend marriage. Room AC was not working and the television was not recharged. Inspite of repeated requests nothing moved. Even the staff themselves were complaining. Food was average and banquet manager behaviour was below par. I thought Money Well Wasted by bride n groom's parents. Best avoid such hotels

Clean, airy, spacious, quiet. Really helpful staff. We were allowed to stay on for more than an hour beyond checkout time because my husband had severe ankle pain. Even check in was allowed a bit early when we arrived early from Rishikesh. We really appreciated this kindness.

Comfortable and nice. Only the lighting in the room or corridor wasn't good enough. Service was excellent and the problem solving nature of the staff was very considerate and accommodating.

Good quiet hotel despite the surroundings, you have to take a rickshaw in order to move around (for a foreigner like us). Good food, superbly amazing WIFI/Internet browsing speed. Good rooms, no complaints. Perhaps the staff could stop rambling in Hindi (assuming we didn't understand) in front of their customers.

Good: View from Hotel room is very nice. The staffs are really good and helpful Can be better: Rooms are small. The room upkeep can be better. Overall the charges are higher than what is deserves.

Poor experience with such a highly rated hotel chain. Basic facility of hot and cold shower mixture was mot working and staff was not accepting the same and once after spending so much of time with their maintenance crew then i was merely told it is a technical issue, it can come with anyone and anytime, so if i have paid you for such basic facilities and i m not getting the same, then why you haven't given me any compensation??

Rooms were perfect but the overall services very very very poor . 1. No one picks up phone in reception. 2. For having water in room it took one one hour that too we had to go to reception to take water bottles every time we needed it. 3.Worst ever buffet spread of hotel . And whenever asked anything the only ans was occupancy is too much. Is that a guest proplem? If u r not able to manage high occupancy, thn don't take so many occupants. 4. Not at all kids friendly.

Horrible service of housekeeping reception front desk show no concern of the guests. Rooms A/C in poor conditions several everyday several phone calls to the reception only verbal promises to send person attend our misery . Problems are never solved. This view we are writing after staying currently for 10 days. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone . Pathetic service Even shifting rooms the non working issues are the same . Also to mention the laundry Nuisance where clothes are misplaced and not delivered on time .
