Doctor Sir & Madam both are kind persons. They charge Less amount compare to other hospitals in Ongole. But hospital Staff members behavior very irritating. Always in angry face and arrogant answering. Especially that OP Section Teem. they need some psychiatric treatment very urgently. Doctor Sir Kindly suggest them a Good Metal Hospital.

Hospital doctor treatment and way of talking too good but nurses and staff behaviour was too lazy. They were not aware how to treat the patients.
Worst staff behaviour first and last visit to this hospital even though doctor is good , The staff creates negative image to this hospital.We just consulted doctor in the morning once and she prescribed some blood tests thereafter we waited till 7.30 to show the test reports to the doctor.
Both Doctors are good, but staff at OP section are lazy. We got OP early morning had to wait till evening to see Doctor.

Inadequately staffed, case workers are not truthful or trustworthy. Many staff members are not qualified. Prescriptions are mishandled...we and our insurance co have been billed for RX's never recieved. Ex....epi pen. Filled unused or changed scripts and meds are unaccounted or dissappear. Our experience has been with their rehab for brain injury program.
