Well the gym has been amazing so far but recently the demarcation and lack space is really affecting our efficiency and flow of exercise. Gym equipments are much like before, I don't know how long this will be taken. I suggest you look for more spacious Hall where you can station those machines for workout .

Gym is very good . Every machine is available in the gym which hit 100% body part . Trainers are good and they train you like your brother . Overall I like the gym .....

Gym is very spacious and clean. All machines are there which hit 100% body parts. Trainers are co-operative and staff is always there to re-rack the weight. Fees is reasonable. Overall no reason not to join.

I have been to all the Big gyms all across the world, and still I have global membership for Anytime fitness, Wellness club even some Five star hotel gyms like Marriott, Le meridian, But Seven zone gym has a different vibe. For me the gym before renovation it was the same things bcz I go here bcz of the vibe and not the machines or fancy things. The owner Hunny Singh Kakkar is an amazing person, He even let you do the workout if you don't have money, These is no restrictions like other Big gyms specially in Vikaspuri or Janakpuri where the staff is very rude and don't let you even a 1 day trail. But This gym Hunny is OK if someone is doing gym without paying his/her fees. And the main thing is that the fees is also very minimal, Seven zone interior is better than wellness, anytime etc. It has became a celebrity gym now and even Hunny himself looks like a celebrity. The owner is very down to earth, He has that vibe which every Punjabi youngster want, the Honey singh and Diljit Dosanjh vibe, Even they play only Punjabi songs in their gym which the best part, There is also a display screen in the gym in which only Sidhu moosewala songs are played which shows their tribute for Sidhu moosewala. And despite of running such a beautiful gym Hunny don't have any ego, He always greet everyone with a smile face and Sat Sri Akal, which the best part, other gym staff has very attitude in them they want to flaunt in English and do rubish things, But Hunny is just amazing, He is very down to earth like Punjabi singers. May god bless him with tons of success and love. I would also like to add that Jhonny his teammate is also very amazing person, He always helps to train us.
