Seven Pillars is a perfect combination of fitness and motivation. Equipped with excellent machines and weights which are clean and maintained very well. The trainers give personal attention to each one, their particular body type and capacity to lift. I have been training with Ashutosh, who has taken away my inhibitions of lifting heavy weights and transformed workout for me. I also trained briefly with Himanshu, who has excellent knowledge of fitness. The loos are clean with great locker and sauna facilities. The best part is that no matter what time of the day you go, there is always good music playing.
It is one the best gyms I have been to in a long long time.The facilities, machines, crowd, environment and the trainers are superb. Everyone is smiling always and ready to help all the time. Especial mention to trainer Hardik who makes sure that he is there always for any help. Also works on your movement and stamina building with upmost professionalism. It is a wonderful gym to join.
Great gym! Well equipped and spacious. What makes it better are the highly qualified and helpful trainers like Ashutosh. Has all required facilities and is overall a wonderful gym.
