Seven Hills Hotels - Hotel in Puri - Puri, India

Great place for vacation with family. All staffs were polite and courteous, especially the ones in restaurant. Amazing service. One can definitely feel the star hotel ambience. Swimming pool and lawn were pretty big. Only downside is distance from main roads, but u get electric autos outside who can take you to temple or beach for 150rs.

I would have given 5 stars but gave 4 because of the high price of the hotel and the food taste and price. why you should not go for it: 1. The standard AC room costs 4.7k when I directly contacted the hotel. Anyway I booked through GoIbibo which costed me 2.7K with breakfast which I would say is a best price. If you are getting it under 3k with breakfast don't think twice, go for it. 2. we reached at 12PM, checked in quickly, we decided to have lunch there itself (Sea Salt restaurant), it was good and bad. A few items were good like chilly paneer and veg fried rice but Chicken Biryani was the worst. If you are getting a buffet go for it otherwise you don't have lunch here and cherry to that they almost took 1hr to prepare the 3 above ordered items. Time waste + no satisfaction. Also everything is highly priced. 3. Hotel is 2 km away from the beach so unless you have a vehicle you have to take a tuktuk which is available all the time in front of hotel and they charge fix rate of 150 rupees, which was bit high. Which obviously we took. while returning back we took tuktuk again from beach which was 100 rupees. So up and down 250 - 300 rupees. But but but, if you like a super calm, away from crowd, peace of mind and a romantic place, then spending 300 on tuktuk worths it. Why you must consider. Rooms: 1. Room was super clean. 2.bedsheets, towels, cot were super clean as well. 3.bathroom was great 4.Ours was a short stay, we did not order any room service so no comments on that. 5. all other things were as is described while booking over GoIbibo. 5 star for rooms Hotel: 1. Room was very good 2.Swimming poll was clean and maintained 3.Gym available and good 4.few shops as well(dress and ornaments). Don't know good or bad , we did not have time to visit the shops. 5.indoor games(Ludo, carrom, chess, table tennis...) 6. Staff behaviour was good 7. very calm place, no noise, no honking... 8. some marriage reception or some party happened, the garden was dirty, cleaning was in progress, no complaints to the hotel since I know how people behave in these receptions and how dirty they leave the place with. 5 star for hotel Included Breakfast: 1. It was a buffet, you have a lot of items from South Indian, North India and English breakfast(like toast, pasta....) eat as much as you like. 2.if you are looking for non-veg options, there was only egg(boiled, omelet, scrambled) 3.Some items I liked some did not, but overall I recommend it. 5 star for breakfast as well Included Lunch and Dinner Option: We did not go for it. So no comments. but looking at the price in this restaurant if you getting both as buffet and around 1k, you must go for it, otherwise eat outside, lot of options and price is much much cheaper, and taste is way better than this hotel. Overall go for it if the price is right for you. Room with breakfast is recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Seven Hills in Puri, and I must say it was a truly remarkable experience. The rooms at Seven Hills were spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated. The comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep. The hotel's facilities were good. The swimming pool was a refreshing oasis, and the spa offered a range of rejuvenating treatments. The on-site restaurant surpassed my expectations, serving delicious meals with a wide variety options. The location of Seven Hills was ideal, with the beach just a 1.5 km away. The serene atmosphere and peaceful surroundings added to the overall charm of the hotel. I cannot praise the staff enough for their outstanding service. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. Their genuine care and attention truly made me feel like a valued guest. In conclusion, my stay at Seven Hills was beyond my expectations.

GREAT SERVICE, Awesome food. The people here are friendly and they take care of everything that you can ask for. I loved spending time here and we enjoyed a lot. The rooms are comforting and they have games and a gym for our entertainment.

Glad to stay here @SevenHillshotel. Friendly and helpful receptionist staff ever, every thing about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean and stylish, roomy with excellent service, food was good value for money. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. And also bought a saree from Seven Hills Hotel it's do beautiful. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Horrible experience. DO NOT BOOK. The staff will deliberately make you wait ages at the reception for check in. Their behavior is rude and extremely unprofessional. We had booked a Standard Room and the room given to us had barely anything in common with the description or images provided. The room had no fan. AC barely worked and it was dirty. No amenities like the fridge, coffee machine, mini bar was there. After requesting them for a room change they made us wait 2/3 hours at the reception saying no other room was available at the moment. The staff refused to pick up the calls. I was asked to handover my phone to the receptionist and the lady took my phone and went elsewhere. We were asked to wait downstairs and handover the keys. I have been to several hotels and this was the WORST experience. It's as if the staff has received 0 training. Both the ladies at the reception are rude and will make you regret your stay as soon as you walk in. The hotel is still under construction as shown in the photos. It is dirty and stinks. Not worth spending any money on. The Photos shown are misleading to say the least. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.

It was a nice experience in this hotel. Though it is far (2-3km) from beach and everytime you have to book Auto to go anywhere which could have been avoided if hotel manages to provide the Toto service. Other than this, the experience was superb and staff were very polite

Best 5 Star Property in Puri ,with amenities like swimming pool with Deck, children play area, room with a private pool was the best room to stay,can't be best then this.must recommend.. Serene place for relaxation..
