This place really looks like a palace. You can feel like you own it when you stay there. Each and every corner has a very great designing. A luxurious feel is a one time rare experience felt at the place. Royalty is the mark for this place and hospitality and services are excellent.

I had an absolutely fabulous stay at this hotel! The reality lived up to the expectations set by the photos--what you see is what you get. With ample parking space and expansive premises, the hotel felt spacious and welcoming. The fully equipped gym was a great perk, and the delicious breakfast spread made each morning delightful. The entire hotel staff was incredibly supportive and made the experience even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and can't wait to visit again. Oh, and the food was fantastic too!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Seven Eleven Club, and let me tell you, it's not your average convenience store! The club atmosphere is electrifying, with disco lights and a DJ spinning beats next to the Slurpee machine. The staff doubles as party hosts, encouraging impromptu dance-offs in the snack aisle. The hot dog roller transforms into a gourmet experience with surprise toppings like caviar and truffle oil. Forget about mundane gas station snacks; here, you'll find tapas-style microwave delights that redefine convenience. The cashier even offered me a VIP membership card that grants exclusive access to the elusive "midnight nacho hour." Seven Eleven Club is not just a store; it's a lifestyle - where convenience meets clubbing!

Celebrating my sister's birthday here but the staff is not helpful at all! Not even offering a complimentary upgrade which is like the norm for 5 star properties of similar kind. Highly highly disappointed and wouldn't recommend to anyone!

Be aware! Very poor service and very unprofessional staff working at the hotel. Never book the banquette at this place as you may get trapped like we were. Property looks very amazing and very nice ambience. We got trapped looking at the ambience and did not think about the behaviour of the staff working at the hotel and booked the hotel banquette for an engagement ceremony. There was only disapointment on the day of the event. Their empannelled decorator charged very high amount stating that these are the rates for 5 star property and even the hotel manager gave us the same knowledge that our property decoration rates are higher than other 5 star properties and convinced and pressurised us to agree as we did not have any option but to agree due to the event date near by. Whatever amount they demanded we paid in full before the event only. On the day of event, when i reach the property i get a shock seeing that entire decoration is ruined and not as what was shown to us on the projector and promissed by the decorator. They did not even arrange for what was already charged to us. Very poor, pathatic and very unprofessional people. Decorator started making strories when he was asked for the reason of this nonsense. Even the hotel manager did not turn up when he was called for discussion during this nonsense behaviour of the decorator Our entire event was ruined, as programme was delayed due to there poor service. And on top of that there food manager kept scaring us saying you family dinner will not be served post 12am Very unprofessional staff. I always regret of getting trapped by these people. And had to face a lot of loses apart from payment this property. Never recomend this property to anyone for any event. People working here are not from the hospitality industry at all. Even room lights and ac's were put off during the people getting ready, their technician wont turn up even calling again n again. For hours people had to face lots of trouble. Even the guests were very disapointed with the management

It's a cozy place with strange rules and unprofessional staff. We are really disappointed with the service offered by them. It's a "pure vegetarian " property which was not mentioned or portrayed anywhere while booking! We only realised this after reaching there . My wife and I went there for our 1st anniversary staycation and we are not happy with the above reason and following. We expressed our concern to the manager and he suggested we order from outside and collect it from the gate and have it in the room. We ordered the food believing the manager and the real drama started when the food arrived. The security didn't let the food inside and when we enquired this with the manager he took a u turn. My pregnant wife and I have to eat our food outside the hotel on the road side on our 1st anniversary after paying around 10k rupees for a night stay at this hotel. Never ever will be coming back to this place.

This place is beautiful inside out. Lovely ambience, superb food, music and the club is well designed with lots of amenities. Had hell lot of fun with my colleagues in Bon Bon lounge. Thank 711 Club and management for hosting us. We thoroughly enjoyed it see you soon.
