Not reliable. I went to Ernakulam to buy the medicines since these people at Alapuzha Sevana Medicals are not responding to my calls and messages. Once I purchased some medicines from them. Some of the meds they didn't have in their stock but they promised me that they will let me know next day if they could get the meds or not. They didn't not call. They did not take my calls or call back or respond to my messages either. Since I needed the meds and didn't have time to go to Ernakulam I bought those meds from other shops at higher price. Any other medical shops would have called and informed their customers as promised.

They will give you medicines that expire in the current month and abstain from giving you the bill if you don't notice because expiry will be shown in the bill. Bought enzomac tab for healing critical wounds and got tablets expires in current month 07/2022 which I noticed only 2 days later. Always check the expiry date and ask for invoice. Don't trust them blindly.
