One of the best hospital in Aurangabad city especially for cardiovascular treatments. This is Multi-speciality hospital so other departments are equally good. Overall the consultants and associates doctors, RMO's, nursing staff, ward Boys (mama-mavshi's) Security staff and management along with insurance department are very kind supportive and helpful also. I really appreciate their work Hospital and Pvt room Cleaning, room service was very neat and regular. Overall great experience more importantly patient was satisfied and properly treated and recovering from diagnosed heart issue.
Taking treatment since last 7 to 8 years for parents, in between changed hospital but in oncologist Dr. Kusdikar sir came so we again came back to this hospital, doctors & nursing staff is good but very poor administration, in last three month my mother admitted in hospital 3 to 4 times. While that experience of administration is very poor . Inter department co-ordination is very Poor. Last time while taking dischage on 2nd sept & today 4 sept experienced pathetic response from administration. Not able to arrange wheel chair for around 30 to 45 min. On 2nd sept doctor declared for discharge at 11.30am but actul bill came to insurance at 3.45pm because doctor is busy in OPD. Finally got discharge around
See the cleanliness of such hospital where every one comes and pay huge amount bills of every thing. Hospital never gives discount or any credit note to any one. Just because patient is feeling good no one is ask for same to hospital also. And it is private hospital and this type of wash rooms not acceptable. And this wash room is just next to CCU on first floor. You can see the cleanliness in given pictures and bad smell that you have to visit such a great Private Hospital of the Aurangabad Maharashtra. Shame you Hospital Management.
Nice hospital with pretty much all the facilities / tests possible. Their private and delux wards are especially outstanding. Food of the canteen is also very good surprisingly. The staff at reception / frond desk was very helpful and guided us thru out the time we were there. Our family was there for some checkups as we had to travel to africa and they gave us a reasonable prices for the same. Cleanliness 10/10 Food 9.5/10 Service 10/10 Prices 9.5/10 Location was also very convenient as they had bus stop right outside and anyways it was center of city so we explored near by areas also. Starbucks was 3 mins away and Mc Donald was 2 mins away.
They don't even have their own parking place for patient's vehicle. Patient have to park their vehicle in private parking place and charges are damn high. Worst experience than any other hospital
Experienced very terrible about staff service and care less treatment even doctor also behaving same. All staff along with doctors only interested for getting money from patients.
My father admitted in hospital for angiography, after angiography doctor told us about blockage and explain prizes of stant but why that need what r d other options they didn't explains us very unsatisfactory and sad reality of medical field
