We stayed in the hotel with family, the room was good and stay was pleasant. The buffet break fast is good. Restaurant person Damu was good in service. The reception persons are supportive. The car parking was huge. Overall stay was good and near railway station and Bus stand.
We have stayed here about four times. Had no complaints on this property. Spacious rooms and well maintained washrooms. Good space for parking, though it's not covered. Overall a decent family hotel. I went with two kids. No issues as such.

I have booked this SET residency opting for a premium suit for three days. First day, the incharge in the reception forgot to check my booking details and gav an ordinary room. Second day they changed to the suit room which didn't hav hot water nor have working telephone.. I have a new born baby and an old mother, and wanted a trouble free stay, for which I had paid premium costs.. but this so called SET RESIDENCY was a flopper..faced real nuisance running between reception and room. such a useless place with useless people who don't understand customer's pain or expectations. Writing this review from this hotel, exhausted after my personal run, incapable to change a hotel at 11.30 pm today with the baby and disappointment from a place who had taken my money and ruined my peace of stay. I wouldn't recommend this space for anyone who needs peaceful stay.
We stayed in a family room for 3 nights. Awesome experience. Kind and decent personnel right from Security to General Manager. Neat, decent, safe, secure, easy to access, nearer to Major Temples.
Really happy with the stay, there was absolutely no complaints. The check in and check out was very smooth, the staff was very courteous. The room was clean and well maintained. The best part about this place is the complementary breakfast which was a absolute killer with lot of options to choose from, would definitely recommend this stay. To be honest, I was little sceptical about the property after reading the reviews, but from the moment, I stepped into the hotel, the experience has been amazing. The room was big, clean and neat. The toilet was also clean. The property is very close to the Railway station (1km) and Bus stand (200 mts). The GM personally interacted with us checking about our experience. The restaurant offers mostly South Indian breakfast and mostly Chinese for lunch and dinner (they assured that they are workijg on the menu). If ur looking for a hotel in the range of 2k-3k, then I will definitely recommend this property .
All was fine, stay cleanliness location. But definitely not happy with food ordered with hotel. Prices was too much for such poor quality and quantity. Kadai Vegetable was like some veg soup gravy. Food
