Ma'am without ur guidance i would have been gained more that 20 kgs by now ! After meeting you only i came to know Do's and Don's of eating and other things during pregnancy! The only thing ive done is JUST To FOLLOW ur instruction and I believed in YoU ..So many ppl started advising me eat this eat that don eat this don eat dat.. Dont strain don work out! But its you who made me to listen to my body! Those stretches and workouts and Breathings are my saviours! Though its painful i could sit on floor without help and bend after started practising stretches and work out Ma'amand the way you convey things to me was extremely kind and pleasing! My husband also impressed by the way u talk Ma'am ! As you said whether its gonna be C section or normal im gonna accept it... Thank you for teaching me to love this journey ma'am!
