Sernabatim Beach - Public beach in Colva, Benaulim - South Goa, India

We stayed at this beach. This was the most beautiful beach on this trip. It is clean, well maintained, least crowded, and best to bathe in the sea. The sand is smooth and free from shells. The beach was best during the sunset. Due to low tide, the sea goes a couple hundred meters inside, and a good part of the sea surface emerges. This area is covered with a thin layer of water, reflecting the sunset's golden light. We loved spending the evening here. The only downside of swimming here is that we have seen one or two jellyfish of decent size swimming alongside. I got stung while swimming, possibly by one of these. Though the stung pain, the pain is not more than multiple wood ant bites.

Beautiful clean beach, great for all ages. There is plenty of beach walking to be done here. hen we visited this time there was only one shack up and unfortunately too busy for me. But overall, it's a beautiful place. The beaches seem so much cleaner this year. We all need to make an effort to keep it this way. Enjoy your visit

Sernabatim Beach is located in between Colva & Benaulim. As compared to its neighbors, this one's much quiet and peaceful. However, when it comes to food & drink options, I couldn't find any worthy ones (I did visit Furtado's but looking at the seated crowd and the chap at service, I was convinced to skip this place for a meal). The beach itself is pretty with limited parking spots and a chargeable public toilet available.

This is very less crowded clean and beautiful beach . Morning time /evening time you can observe fishing

Betalbatim beach is just 4.5 km away from the famous Colva Beach. Its name occurs from the area called Betalbatim. It is a small beach and less crowded as compared to Colva beach. There are two or three shacks which are at the entrance. Parking is free for all types of vehicles. you can enjoy bathing in the sea as it has a long stretch. you will find local people here mostly. 18.6.2023

Quite and peaceful place..not so crowded..you kind of get the beach to yourself..there is also a fresh water tap nearby to waha up after a dip in the sea.
