Serenity Sunrise Beach Resort - Guest house in Puducherry - Villupuram, India

Worst resort ever. Advance booking with them is a big cheat. I reserved a room a week in advance for 4K, paid 1K as an advance, and on the day of the stay, what they sent on WhatsApp as the room was totally different from what they provided. In addition, they didn't refund when we refused to stay in that dirty room with a bad smell. I strongly suggest you think as many times as possible before deciding to go.

Very basic room. No guarantee of electricity back up at night. We had to pick a fight with the caretaker to get the generator going at 2 in the morning! But good location though.

Affordable stay at pondy near to beach.. Rooms were clean.. Room service was good..

Visited a Serenity Sunrise Beach Resort that left me with mixed feelings. Firstly, I must say that the resort more closely resembled a hotel than a true resort experience. Although the rooms were adequate and clean enough, I was disappointed to find that none of them offered a view worth noticing. In fact, the view was of nothing more than the open parking lot! Aside from the lack of a view, the resort also failed to provide a good ambiance or any of the luxurious amenities that one would expect from a resort experience. Instead, the atmosphere was more like a budget hotel - not at all what I had hoped for. Sadly, the entire stay left me feeling as though we had not received good value for our money. Overall, I think it's clear that this resort is not worth the price. While the rooms themselves were decent, the lack of ambiance, view, or even basic resort amenities means I cannot recommend this place, especially if a resort experience is what you're looking fo

Nice rooms. We have some trouble with our AC. paid 2500 for 1 room. If you book in advance you will surely get for 2k or less.

Good accommodation near to Beach, but away from city. Food to be ordered from outside. Room service was excellent.

Well-maintained and clean rooms at a reasonable price. The staff is prompt and helpful. The only issue was mosquitoes, but they were there in every other place. Serenity Beach is within walking distance. If you're looking for view, this is not the place for you, but at these prices, it's a good deal.
