Regular cleaning/maintenance of electrical appliances and equipment is not done. So we were allotted a room (which we paid for in advance) but nobody knew the aircon wasn't working. The first 24 hrs were uncomfortable, with no sleep at night, yet we had our work to attend to during the day! The ceiling fan had not been cleaned in ages. Each room seems to have a nice square balcony, with one table and 2 chairs. We had to request for this to be cleaned. Quite simply, the hotel staff doesn't focus on maintenance and cleaning!
Very pleasant stay. Quite place . Staff are very helpful and polite . specially Mr. Pankaj General manager helped us with our stay. In room dinning was also very good . Buffet in the morning has many varieties over all excellent stay
I have not even checked-in yet, and I already had a bad experience with them. I had read many reviews about this hotel on google saying that they are very money minded and now I believe they were correct. I called them and requested for an early check in by 11- 11:30 am, which is a pretty normal request that all hotels accommodate. They said "we can give you if the rooms are available but you have to pay extra". I told them this is a pretty normal request and no hotel charges for an early checkin of just 1-2 hrs before. Now I am pretty certain they ll not give us an early room. We have a 4 day stay in Pune and thank god I booked this hotel just for one day. I thought I ll check the room and then I ll extend my stay. But seriously too money minded!
Serenity by Monarch is one of the best hotels to stay in Baner-Balewadi area. The rooms were very clean, spacious enough and well lit. The balcony was quite spacious with a table and chairs for some tea and snacks. The hotel compound was peaceful with ample of parking. The staff was friendly. Overall a very pleasant and beautiful experience. Will definitely be visiting again. But one thing that can be improved upon are the beds. Instead of 2 single beds, 1 large bed would have been better
Spent time with my Wife over there. A very nice, beautiful and calm place for couples to enjoy and relax To those people who come on business, a suitable place for them as well. A drawback is they have very little time for breakfast. We went to have breakfast around 10- 10:30 & they were out of breakfast Definitely would recommend to come there.
Place is good. Staffs are good and polite. Good place to stay. No negatives as much. AC was loud in the room which I stayed. Morning breakfast was so good.
The rooms are great and spacious. I fell sick while staying there and they took care of me well. Definitely recommend this place
Very good and nice business hotel, staff is very polite and cooperative, rooms are very spacious. Food is also great, now they are coming up with Spa also, will definitely stay there on my next visit.
