Serene Waters Homestay Goa - Hotel in Ribandar - North Goa, India

Serene Waters holds a special place in my heart. I've had the privilege of staying there three times, creating beautiful memories with both family and friends. It feels like a second home to me. Thanks to the warm hospitality of Jacqueline, Leo, and their lovely daughters. The homemade food and the way they serve their complimentary breakfast are simply delightful. I wholeheartedly recommend Serene Waters to my friends, and I wish them continued success and a long, prosperous future.

We had a wonderful experience at the Serene Home Stay. The owner was incredibly friendly, and the cleanliness of the place really stood out. The attention to detail in maintaining such a neat and clean environment made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.

The stay was quite comfortable and peaceful. We loved how serene and tranquil the poolside views were. The property offers a nice view of the lake. The hotel stay was really nice; the staff showed us around the city and the dinner was amazing. We would love to stay here again whenever we visit Goa. It looks extremely peaceful at night with the lights on.

A wonderful & comfortable budget home stay with scenic views, great food & hospitality, close proximity to Panjim, Old Goa, Diwar island, Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary. A special mention of the warm & hospitable Jacqueline, Leo & Benny who make your stay extremely comfortable. Iv been visiting since 2013 and absolutely love the place.

Amazing place with a great river view and field view property. The property has around 5 rooms and well maintained. The swimming pool is also well maintained. Excellent for families and friends.

Had booked and confirmed the number of guests and a pet. The manager confirmed the booking. On arrival, he refused the room. Shows one room and then gives another. Be wary. Would like to add, based on the response. 1. There was no bargaining done. 2. The confirmation for the pet was very clearly made well in advance, with the manager confirming it.

Worst experience ever. Very cheap mentality of the owner. He is rude to the customer. No busines ethics at all. We ordered prawns curry plate and amount is 280rs. They served prawns with bhindi and only 7 to 8 small prawn in it. Prawns were not cleaned properly. Very unhygienic food. When we asked queries about food owner behaved unprofessionally. I dont recommend this property to stay.

One star is just for the river view! Here are 10 reasons why you shouldn't visit this place. 1. Poor hospitality, needs to talk and treat customers better ( Beware of the manager - Benny!) 2. All 3 room ACs were non-functional 3. Not advisable for a group of people 4. Inclusive breakfast was average! 5. Rooms alloted were not opened in time. (Owner was waiting for the customer to request, on asking replies were staff is gone home!) 6. TVs weren't working! 7. Towels were average! 8. All Mattress were hard. 9. In adequate parking space 10. Check-out timings are not respected. (The manager just walks in at 9am! First you struggle to sleep and then they want you to move out) I hope the above helps the owners to improve. Honestly, i'd never refer this place to anyone.
