Best part about this resort is Rooms & service....it was amazing. Mrs. Neerali & Mr. Nirav (Owners) had gave our family (a group of almost 23 people) personal attention and tried best to meet our all small needs.. Great staff also.

Serene Cottages- What a Place it has been. We have been multiple places in the past with picturesque views, great facilities but this place is one of the Best Places that we have visited. The Jodi of Nirav and Nirali have been such a wonderful hosts. It's nowhere that the owners are the Hosts for the day. Kudos to Niravbhai for the Activities and Games. God has blessed him with such a wonderful gift of making everyone Happy. Kudos to Niraliben for the Wonderful Food and Such beautiful Arrangements including the Rooms. Well Done and Keep Up the Good Work...!!!

We were in the group with 22 people , and the hospitality given by the owners and staff was apprciable , Awesome place to stay, best rooms with good food with clean water in swiming pool without chlorine, Thank you Niraliben and Niravbhai for the given hospitality to the entire fimily

The resort's facilities were outstanding. The swimming pools were pristine, offering a refreshing and relaxing oasis. The on-site restaurants showcased a variety of delectable cuisines, and the dining experience was truly exceptional.

We, a group of 38 people, had been to Serene Cottage The Rainbow Resort on 21st August, 2023 for a one day picnic. All of us had an amazing experience there with lot of fun and entertainment. It's place rich in natural beauty, full of greenery, with all comforts including a Swimming Pool, indoor and outdoor games, adventure park, etc.The food served by the Resort was excellent in quality and taste. Mr Nirav Patel and Mrs Nirali Patel (owners of the Resort) are excellent personalities with high human values, possessing very decent and professional approach. Both of them were with us throughout the day of picnic, and were closely associated with all the indoor and outdoor games and other activities, and lunch/tea/snacks, etc. ,which added value to our picnic with their experienced and friendly interactions with all of us. They were just like a member of our group and we all enjoyed a lot with their constant guidance and support. It is a best place for the children to enjoy a lot. The rooms of the Resort are also excellent and well maintained with all facilities and amenities. To sum up, the picnic to Serene Cottage The Rainbow Resort has left an unforgettable imprint in our minds, which is worth remembering forever and cherish........... With best wishes. My stay at serene cottage was an absolute nightmare. The lack of Wi-Fi and air conditioning was unforgivable, leaving guests sweltering in discomfort. To add insult to injury, the resort had the audacity to demand additional payment for pool access, a basic amenity that should have been included. The service provided by the employees was appalling, displaying a complete lack of professionalism and indifference towards guest satisfaction. I strongly advise against anyone considering this resort; it is an experience I would never wish upon anyone. Rating: 0 out of 5 stars (if negative stars were possible, they would be well-deserved)

-Indoor games room Ac is not available that is very terrible... -very few indoor games available. -Food is very good. -No towel providing on spot in swimming pool. -Ac service required. -bathroom cleaning not efficient.
