Very beautiful place to saty with family or friends but Service is disappointing, huge delay in serving food or any room Service. Wrong food was delivered to me, when I complained about that, staff argued with me and asked me to pay for what I did not ordered. Order took more than one hour to get delivered at room. If we leave Service part rest everything is a little costly but good.

Visited the place just 1 days ago. Over all experience was good. Polite staff. Service part was good. Especially the restaurant staff were very polite.even they provided food at 10.30 we were last. At rooms part it should maintain and clean properly. They need to work little bit on taste of food also location was awesome.

Beautiful place to stay. Very good service, good tasty meal and breakfast. Bit costly but worthy. Boating, swimming pool(though very small), trekking with great atmosphere. Best time to visit during August, September and October.

Incredibly good experience right from booking (Ms. Riya at Nagpur HQ) to reception to entire duration of stay! Superb staff at all levels including reception, housekeeping, restaurant, tour guide. Would really suggest everyone to go there and experience the "serendipity" ! God bless everyone there

Stayed for 1 night in August 2023 as a group of 3 couples, all senior citizens. This review is consensus. Tamia is semi hill station due to high altitude. The property is located just off the main road and easily reachable. It is well spread out and has lush green lawns, towering trees, blooming flowers, biggish pond and cute walkways. It is safe, clean and eye soothing. Booked 3 cottages directly with the property and got a better deal (albeit a little pricey) with MAP. Among the available 4 types, cottage appeared to be the best choice. Check in was smooth. All rooms were sufficient sized, well laid out, clean and hygienic. Linen and towels were clean and toiletries were sufficient. The property itself doesn't offer valley/hill views but the PWD rest house at a 2 minutes' walk has that vantage point which is open to public. There is limited but fair choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food is mostly fresh and tasty with special mention of tandoori roti. However, we would have appreciated improvement in chicken dishes. Lunch cost us around 500 per person. They also have an open bar which looks good. The most important thing here is service. It is fast, courteous and effective. It was the same at entry gate, reception, room service, housekeeping and restaurant. It was certainly the best among the hundreds of hotels I have stayed in India and abroad. This is not an exaggeration. We didn't opt for any of the add-ons such as table top breakfast, village visit and boat ride so can't comment. They don't provide Wi-Fi and no mobile network except Jio. We didn't care. You may notice ants and small insects in rooms. This is expected and acceptable, given the location. All in all, we loved our stay here and will certainly come back for a much longer stay.
