Most of the items tasted not good enough. Except live counter food i.e pepper chicken, palak Puri, dahi Puri, paani which is tasted good. Butter naan is soft and tasty. In the menu Most of the items are of chicken, only two items are with fish.

The Serrai kitchen is 1 of the worst experiences I have ever had for a buffet menu, food items being served were cold, being a veg and non veg restaurant the live counter we saw was cooking in a single pan and wok, upon asking they said it's same for veg and non veg Then what the guarantee other than live is not cooked in a single vessel Not being able to see what's going on behind in kitchen and paying a huge amount for what idk. Any other small business doing so is still thinkable but being and representing a name it's totally unacceptable. The manager and the chefs working are minimum not being responsible Especially being sravana masam and having Jain friends its common sense as people working there.

Yesterday, I visited this restaurant and had murg chicken tikka and Hara Bhara Kabab. I am very much satisfied with the ambiance and delicious food. It's really a nice restaurant with reasonable prices and with high safety, It's a nice place to visit with family & friends to have delightful moments.

Food is pretty normal and you will never have happy stomach. The ambience is average and especially the staff, they play with the bill, sometimes they give 50% discount and sometimes they to promote an app called magic pin they say that food cost is 1299 per plate and asks / or I can say fore the customers to download the app and pay through it!! The managers or the supervisors attitude is very bad, they project bad body language while talking to the customers. This makes the place uncomfortable to bust again. If someone who looks for quality to the cost this definitely is not the place to visit.

Good place, quality of service is nice ambience is good, coming to taste chicken starters are good, veg average and deserts are delicious. Overall it's good experience, price point of view pocket friendly I would say. Best part Staff will guide you for any current offers or discount.

I visited this place for dinner on a Saturday evening and was surprised to find it not so busy. The ambience is great with good spacing of tables, nice lighting and comfortable seating. They had veg and non veg buffets available, veg is to be taken from the buffet counter while non veg is served at the table. I usually always have non veg but I took the veg buffet and was quite happy with the starters, main course and desserts. For a price of 299 +taxes the options in food with the great ambience is amazing. I was told they have Thalis in the afternoons, will have to try them soon. I had ordered food a couple of times from this restaurant on Swiggy earlier and finally decided to check out the place. Good restaurant for a relaxed dining experience.

Too worst food never i ate like spoiled chicken and food .. just they heat and given . Yesterday I ordered from Zomato.too bad don't ever try this hotel again...
