Sentosa Resorts and Water Park - Resort hotel in Pimpri-Chinchwad - Pune, India

Made a quick stop here on the way to Mumbai. Had dinner soup and fries. Food can't quite quickly. Restaurant was clean, air-conditioned and comfortable. They also have outdoor sheltered seating. Staff are courteous. There's ample parking.

Then stretch your budget a little bit and visit Sentosa Resorts and Water Park because hence they provide these world class services then you have to stretch your budget a little bit. Overall, I highly recommend visiting Sentosa Resorts and Water Park for a memorable and entertaining day out with your family.

Unnecessary digital menu not matching with actual dishes available. If one have to use menu on website may be will prefer ordering on Zomato. Time taken to prepare dish and service was too much. Cold starters.

Went there for the water park and a night stay, extremely dirty water. We we're staying there so said we can only use water park for one day- but were not so particular about the rides in the water park rides being on, we had to ask them many times. The rides r good but what the point if it's not switched on. The room was large with a leaking bathtub n fan either working on full speed or not at all- again they didn't bother to revert The food at the restaurant was very good Not worth your while to stay there, also not sure if we shd go to such a dirty water park

Facilities immediately need attention: 1. Extremely dirty pool. Mediocre rides. 2. Below average breakfast food. Very busy at not so helpful staff at the breakfast. Stuff the restaurant is good at: Room service, Room space, Room cleanliness. Reception.

We went for a family Dinner. The food taste, quantity and the overall responsive service of all the staff there is remarkable. A staff person named Thakur helped us selecting the best dishes from the variety of Menu available. His polite behaviour and friendly nature made our dining experience more memorable. Thank you Sentosa! It is a must visit place in Ravet.

1. The water park was good, however the pools were slippery at many places. 2. Also, the food court in the restaurant was closed. 3. They are accepting only cash. There is no ATM in the campus 4. At the restaurant, food was too expensive

I visited Water park in June first week 2023. Large Swimming pool sizes and clean water in pools except the Wave pool. Water was not clean at all and it wasn't much fun. 3 big rides but only single ride is supported by their staff that too very less floating tube quantity. You have to wait to get your turn. All other rides either you are on your own or borrow surfing stuff from other people. I would advice to go there with own stuff like board/tube etc to enjoy each one of it. Changing rooms - Very bad condition. Male changing room did not have light. No ventilation at all. Lockers - lockers are available but very small and can fit hardly small gym bag carrying few cloths. Final Verdict - Either the price shall be reduced by 100/- or so or the facilities can be updated
