The rooms are amazing and good value for money. the staffs are prompt in service Mr. Hari & Team is providing extraordinary hospitality services (interms of food order, car hire, local guiding) it made us to remember them whenever i come Vellore this hotel is welcoming you to go back to the same hotel again and again.
This hotel is new and its awesome. The bathrooms are modern and bedding is clean and crisp. AC us also good, room has midern decor with beautiful flooring. The front office and other staffs are very friendly.
no proper service, no cable connection (as per receptionist statement they are waiting for a offer on line then only they recharge the cable). not provided extra soap or towel. I never had like this experiance in my past. one and only positive is clean room not more than anything.. and they are not accepting cards only upi payment and cash ....
Very worst service. I reached hotel around 10pm. Nothing in that room, for everything need to come down and collect those things like water bottle, soap and other things. No one sitting in reception and no one not attending phones if you called. Worst AC not even chill I used only fan even AC point is 18c. My suggestion don't stay here for business visit. This is purely only for marriage purpose hotel near by there is a marriage hall. No room boy for entire hotel only one person is there. He also sitting near lift. Rooms are not clean. Not worth for money.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at [SENTHUR INN] during my trip to [vellore], and I am delighted to share my fantastic experience. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff that made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the receptionist was more than happy to answer my questions and provide recommendations for local attractions.
STAY AWAY from this place. The hotel team is a big dacoity. I have booked the rooms through Expedia and when I checked in they said there is no booking in my name and he asked me to cancel the booking and pay at the hotel. I paid Rs2500 per night and they ask me to pay Rs5k. The rooms are like the size of a pawn shop. When I called Expedia customer care they took me for a ride. The customer care number is paid one and I was holding the line for 45min as they wanted to get the confirmation from the hotel before cancelling. Horrible experience with Expedia and Senthur Inn.
