The staff at Sensation Parlour (Sohum Branch) is excellent. They provide great treatment to customers and have impressive behavior. I had the pleasure of getting my hair cut and styled by one of their experienced stylists who took the time to understand my needs and preferences before giving me a beautiful new look. The end result was stunning and exceeded my expectations.
Their services are overall good. But the girl with curly hair and specs sitting at the reception is useless. Anyone sitting at reception should have basic training of interacting and handling customer. Her favourite response is "No we cannot offer the service you want today". She is not even willing to accommodate and manage, but rather drive away as many customers as possible.
