Sensation Hotel - Hotel in Indore - Indore, India

Didn't stay in the rooms here, just went for dinner in the restaurant on the top floor. The view was cool bit everything nearby is under construction, probably will be even cooler a few years from now. The location is a bit shady as it's inside some side road, nevertheless it can be seen from far since it's tall. Food was good, staff was very polite and all managements were fine. IPL was going on so there was also a projector screen. Seating arrangements and lightings are also great.

Booked via OYO. I stayed there for 2 nights. Rooms are clean and food is amazing. The hotel is little far from city. At night you will face issue with cockroaches in the washrooms. The hotel is good but can be best. No toilet kit was provided. But it never bothered me because for me it does not matter much but for others it may. Rooms are good and spacious. Also complimentary breakfast was just amazing. Various options are provided for breakfast. Even lunch and dinner was amazing. Great chef hired i guess :p

The location was very convenient.The basic infrastructure and the building is good. Rooms are decent although they can be cleaned better. The staff needs up-skilling by many levels. They are inefficient, insensitive and lethargic. Provisions for toiletries had to be asked for, the buffet breakfast was not laid out till 9 am. Receptionist the person who Shou be on top of everything and no clue of anything. Also buffet breakfast is a misrepresentation. There was only 2 dishes , 1st day it was poha & alu paratha, second day was again poha & omlett, something as simple as bread butter jam or milk and cornflakes was not an option If you are going on a weekend, there are possiblities of a party, and the hall is not sound proof... So if you are expecting to sleep early... You can't..but if 11-1130 pm is ok with you then don't bother about it.

First of all the hotel is situated at a remote location. Commutation options are limited. The room was fairly clean, linen and mattresses were dirty. Not many options in breakfast. Plus you'll be charged and extra 300Rs for early check in which will not be added in the bill. Can be considered for a quick fresh up point but not recommended for staying.

The rooms are fine. The customer service s are pathetic. They take an hour to provide hot water or a simple tea. Services are pathetic and should be improved on immediate effect. The location is very poor. The hotel staff works mostly for the people having party there,the priority is given mainly to them not to the accomodating guests. Loud music goes on till 1 am in the morning. If you are lucky one it will be stopped till 12 . Breakfast is very limited. Never go for this hotel with breakfast included opt. There is no food joint nearby it. Only a Dmart store is there nearby around which some pani puri hawkers were sitting that i enjoyed the most.

Poorly maintained OYO HOTEL. Bad condition of rooms and bathroom. I had stayed as a guest for a family wedding. The food served was one of the things which can appreciated . Please maintain the property for better experiences.

It is one of the best place to hang out with friends. The hotel has an open bar and a live mic singer which make it worth attending the roof top restaurant. In my advice it is quite economical and a good place to chill with friends.Dont forget to try Chicken Angara and Bira full tower.
