Great hospitality,friendly people. They have gym,sauna,karaoke.(i literally felt like am i in a drama or something ha ha :) becoz i've seen karaoke room n sauna in kdrama only). Rooms are nice n clean. We ate chicken pizza,spaghetti,fish and all tasted so good. Thank u so much chef for amazing food.

It was actually pretty good, if u want authentic Japanese experience go for it.. But if u like indian cuisine best then I would not recommend u to go there, it might not cater to ur taste buds well.. Otherwise u can go try it once they also provide Japanese style sitting n all..

This is a formal place meant for long term japanese and korean businessmen who manage work in Sri City. When we visited in January they had 85% occupancy. They generally expect Indians to stay for a short time. In Jan, the front desk was always asking us when we would check out. Since we had a few months of interest related to Pulicat Lake, we asked for their long term options. The deal.fell thru for multiple reasons and we moved out. Then Covid lockdown happened. We reconnected with Senri management in April. They helped us with resources acquisition, even though we were not their guests at that time. I was deeply touched by this. We moved back into Senri in July and stayed till September. We never went out of the compound till September beginning. We literally felt jailed. Around September we were allowed use of the Senri car and life looked up a little. We checked out on Oct 1st. From the first, I liked the flat, the furniture, the building, the view of Thirumala hills and the sky from the terrace. Food was always a problem even in Jan and grew progressively worse around August. We stopped using their service. Initial complaints were about limited range for vegetarians and lack of south indian dishes. Later complaints were poor cooking and finally spoilt ingredients. This was when I realised that we have to go where we are the target market... not an add-on. I liked the advantage of trained housekeeping. The staff are clean and pleasant. The management tried to accommodate our extra needs, and assured us that we were valuable guests. I could see their effort. Once lockdown was lifted and the foreigners came back, I sensed differential treatment. We were the last to be served at the anniversary celebrations. Weekly deep cleaning was done only on request or forgotten. Even the vaccuum cleaner was brought only when I asked for it. We had use of the Senri car but in specific time slots when the other guests and hotel staff didn't need it. It was too hot by the lake and the good veggies were finished in the supermarket. The other car also arranged by Senri for us was twice as costly. We used that other car to visit wonderful spots around pulicat lake, which was the real purpose of our visit... the drivers didn't know where to go, but we did. There is a clean gym with a view of the beautiful hills. The equipment was slightly rusty and creaky at the time of our stay, but we put the gym to good use. We missed having a gas stove. We procured vessels for use on the induction stove and the microwave. The front office managers even cooked in their home for us on a couple of occasions. That was very nice of them. Rooms with the sunset view of the hills are better than view of the sunrise through buildings under construction. Higher floors are better for view than the lower ones. Also the lower floors are closer to the transformer and generator. Our longer stay was sadly on the second floor, next to the transformer and with buildings under construction on the east and south. During September was also when the international guests were under quarantine... a generally nervous time for two weeks. As it turned out they were fine, but it was more than a little unnerving. We learned the vagaries of gas heated showers and managed good temperature showers on most of the days. The AC in the large bedroom would shut off unpredictably, we never figured that out. The beds were creaky and not really designed for the flat we stayed in the second visit. They were a better fit in the flat we stayed in the first time. In the overall assessment, there were issues of us not being their Target Market, their own System Design issues and complications due to Covid and Lockdown. There was a visible effort on the part of some of their management team to try and keep us pleased. The most important thing for us was that we had a clean and safe place to wait out the global hardship.

I stayed at Senri Hotels a few days ago with my family. Its located at a very scenic location. Though built for mainly Japanese expats around, its a wonderful place to stay with your family for a peaceful holiday. Tada water falls is just 30 mins away. The Japanese restaurant Ichiri is awesome, they have a washiki room which is super rare in India. The Japanese food is very authentic and delicious. Very friendly staff. Well maintained. Had a wonderful experience during my stay .. the facility offers spacious rooms with all amenities, has a nice ambience, staff is extremely courteous and I really enjoyed the scrumptious food at the restaurant..

The best place to stay and dine when you are in Sri City, TADA. The best Japanese and Authentic North Indian food is served.
