Sennetta Hotel - Hotel in Manavalanagar - default, India

The place is located close to the railway station. The rooms are nice and clean. They accepted our request for additional people and they did arrange extra beds and stuff. Here comes a twist. 1. We had booking for a day and they had complimentary breakfast for one time, but they didn't have it for the checkin (not sure for what reason). Since the check-in time is morning, they should have had it. 2. Its fine if they didn't had enough items. There were couple of aged people, who has difficulty to walk. The hotel folks didn't even allow them to bring outside food for them, instead they were forced to have food from their restaurant - which isn't a great thing to do considering the price tag of the items. 3. Also, they didn't allow to bring lunch also from outside. Finally they provided breakfast the next morning.

It's not worth spending 4 k for this property. Really bad experience. Rooms were specious but no coffee machine, Cleanliness was not that good. Shower was not good. We had called 4 to 5 times for getting a person to identify the issue. Restaurant closed at 10pm. Only biryani and dalkhichadi and cost was approx 400 rs each and quantity was less and taste was not that good.

Hospitality and Rooms are good. The bathroom and bed linen were not up to the satisfaction. Food is pathetic and not up to any standard. Overall it was the only Business Hotel around the area, so there are compromises that one could expect from the stay.

The hotel seems new one, but maintenance was very poor. The centralised AC system was not effective and they don't have any clue about that. We take rooms to take rest but you end up changing rooms because of their ineffective AC. I was not the only customer that night, but other family complaining same issues. I wonder how they got 3 star rating

I visited Bar of Sennetta Hotel. The ambiance and cleanliness of the environment was so good. Limited cocktails options l, but good number of liquor option. Respect full treatment. Restrooms are clean and well-maintained. Reservation are allowed. Good place to bring your friends to have peaceful drink.

Wanted to take a few friends to a nice restaurant for dinner and asked for a copy of the menu. Restaurant manager Divya said that their menu is a secret and refused to share it. Customer service in action.

Rooms are very good, they have made my stay comfortable. Very nice hotel in this area, which is away from main city.

..best in thiruvallur town in terms of location. First ever hotel with fame covered for corporate people around thiruvallur. It use to be best and oflate, the service to be established alike before. The service has become par than the initial days. Overall it's in prime spot, close to railway station and opposite to the famous NDP Marriage Hall.
