We are very old customer of Senco, Aligarh, and have no doubt on the product quality but we wanted to raise concern especially for the diamond rings. Unfortunately, we have lost two engraved diamonds from two rings which is not expected from such a very big brand. We would suggest that Senco Management team seriously look into this matter. All this experience gave me a second thought to purchase diamond jewelleries from Senco, Aligarh.

They have very less designs available also the customer support is very bad. I purchased one pendant set from here, but my family didn't like it so I came to return the item. They asked me to buy an item for more value than the previous item. I liked one set of earrings but it was for less value, so I HAD to purchase one nosepin alongwith it for my mom. So my mom came to exchange the item, they refused to do it saying "we can exchange only once". Which is not the case with other jewellers, as gold can be exchanged any number of times. NOTE: This all happened within a week of the first purchase.

The prices are much more than they should be, but no doubt the designer accessories were extra ordinary
