An amazing experience as always to visit the branch. Some of the staffs are very courteous. The hospitality is really good and the brand has a huge collection of all the categories. Recommend them over PC Chandra and Tanishq at any given point of time from the viewpoint of collection and staff behaviour.

Nice & courteous staff. Collection is ample,wide variety to choose from. Only thing that should be added is smooth parking. The parking space is a bit troublesome,inside a narrow lane behind the showroom,which is a bit inconvenient. Also such a huge & reputed brand must have own valet parking.

Senco Gold and Diamonds outlet in Barasat is quite good and is located at a prime location near Champadali bus stand. They have the entire building to their name with 3 floors of jewellery. The collections were impressive as you get to choose from wide range of jewellery items. As soon you enter the store you get to sanitize your hands and then stage your face to their camera. Then there will be employees who screen you based on your requirement. At this point we felt that the employee who welcomed us was not very friendly. We went in to buy a silver item for a gift and our budget was not very high. When we revealed our intention to visit the store, we felt the employee got disinterested with us as could be seen from her facial expressions. The look was like, who comes here for such low budget. Anyways we were seated for sometime and then escorted to the basement. The floor was full of silver collection and some low cost desiner set. The person who showed us all the items was very informative and helpful as he patiently showed all the items we wanted to see and helped us to make a wise decision. Once we finalized the item, the person asked us to go to top floor to make the payment. We now had to take the stairs to the top floor. This floor has the billing section and diamond and platinum collection. There were only 2 people in the cash counter and huge queues. I felt for a shop of this size, only 2 people at cash counter was not justified. Moreover they were too slow to process each person. It took almost an hour just to make the payment while it took us 15 mins to choose the item. Also the cash counter was not located at a good location as it blocked the entry to the entire floor. There was no space to stand properly. The management should definitely improve this area. Once the payment was done, we received our item at the main floor and was able to leave without any hassle. Overall a good store with huge collection of jewellery and nice people. Definitely recommended !!

It was a nice experience to buy gold and diamond from here...staffs are really nice and humble...I was assisted by 'Sujata' ma'am...she was very humble and helpful... visit this place if you want to buy gold or diamond...they have a good collection too...you can find different kinds of gold, diamond and platinum jewellery and choose as per your preferences...I am writing this after visiting this store twice

Worst experience,I ever had from such reputed shop/ brand( presumably). I entered the barasat / champadali store around 3 pm. My wife and myself selected a few gold ornaments,costing around 1.68 lakhs,in the gf counter. Say by around4 pm. Then we were sent to First floor cash counter,after the slip is prepared at gf. Then at counter we had to wait for some time. And surprisingly, I found difference in bill value written at gf and at ff. On asking the reason,they have told Gold price increased at 430 pm. I tried to impress upon them that I am not at fault,especially when I cleared my selection and purchase much before. The entire time was all your documentation time. Thus simply it is not acceptable. Finally,they could not solve and rigid in their decision. Such way of handling a client is not acceptable and ultimately we came out without purchasing anything. Probably, I will never go to them in future. Eventually, my family members, and myself was a consistent customer of Senco...., here, garia,rashbehari etc since long. Still more than 1000 points lying in my credit. But I have to say bye.

Really nice service with good collections and good behaviour.. specially one staff Abhijeet Kar,he is really nice and helpful,he shows all the collections really well and help me to choose the best thing for me

Jewellery shop,, can have gold, silver, platinum, diamond and as well costume jewelry,,, silver goddess idol, silver utensils,coins are available here,,different floors for different segments,, entrance is narrow,,you can come by walk then it's okay,,, otherwise it's difficult to find a two wheeler parking,,, service is very good,, staffs are attentive,polite,,soft spoken,, I had a very small budget,,they easily understand my need and give the guidance.

It was an awesome experience animesh has guided me throughout the entire process will visit again..
