The service of the staffs are excellent and in detail even in the late hours also. Extremely friendly. I went there quite after a long time but loved the products and the behaviour of the employees and also their approach pleased me even more

It was a very good experience for me. Mr. Sovan pal is an excellent person who helps me a lot to understand my requirements and budget. I really appreciate his friendly behaviour. About the store , it is perfect.

Visited the city center branch today. Good collection of jewellery with really courteous & friendly staff.

the store has good collection, beautiful designs. But the staff behaviour is slightly weird, they tend to be more attentive towards people whom they either already know from before, or, who is purchasing large value amount. They offered coffee only to those customers who are spending more in their shop, that's quite discriminatory. While I was not there to drink coffee,but this discrimination felt bad.

The collections are amazing. I am a frequent visitor of this store but always in awe of their designs and prices. Pranab da, a member of the staff is especially very helpful. Overall very pleasant experience while visiting each time.

Product ordered was produced with wrong design. Taken quite casually by the store. Entire ordering process had to re done . Store calculations were biased against customer interests . Were corrected only after strong insistence. Attitude of Store Manager was also disappointing. A very petty approach towards customer delight. Revised product received after 55 days and that to after again insisting for transparency in calculations etc. Curiously, Mr Samiran, the dealing person was missing on both the subsequent occasions due to which the commitments made had to be established afresh. The readings of the machines to identify gold-purity and weight depend on accurate calibration. No date of last calibration was visible . Total experience in this Branch is definitely a big Negative for this renowned Brand.
