This place is having the horrible billing service after selecting a particular item they make there customer wait for more than one hour as the staff are unaware of the billing procedure. My mother bought a diamond earrings on the month of March and by first week of May it got broke when I came to change the product the thing i noticed that they don't have much variety of collection's even in the gold nor in dimond the have very limited design which people usually don't prefer. I would say kindly think twice before visiting to the sevok road branch and they scam people so nicely that u won't be able to understand how they will make you bluffs. One of the worst jwellery store in Siliguri.
Super service. Served by - Anjali Good collection too but I was hugely impressed by the service. I visited all the 3 stores in one go and trust me reader you want to be treated the best go to Senco. And if you are lucky you would be privy to the hospitality of Ms. Anjali and team. Comparatively the pricing is almost the same in all the 3 jewellers around.

The service is incredible, they treat the customers politely and especially Mr Amit, who was very polite to us, made us select what we were looking for.
