They have a very good collection of gold, platinum and silver items. The host was also very nice and helpful and the experience was awesome. Would love to shop again from here.

Great experience. Very cordial atmosphere, well groomed staffs. My mother had a great time after long. First time came out after her fracture femur operation. She relieved her memory of her Muralidhar girls college day. Overall a great auspicious beginning of subho Panchami. I am very pleased with the behavior of the store manager Mrs. Shrabani M'am finally I purchased diamond ring from there and wish to have the opportunity to visit again in at Senco Gold and Diamonds Gariahat.

Lovely ambience and super cordial staff. They have an amazing and elegant range of collection. Special thanks to Ms Arpita for helping us get designs of our choice .We didn't have to look for anything else she brought us sets right of our taste. Very polite and dedicated. I'd definitely come back again and recommend others too.

Recently we visited Senco's Gariahat mega store branch. They have good collection of haar's but I wished they had more collection in gold shanka pola, its a mega store but they still were low in their collection. Staffs were very helpful. They offered refreshments which was very polite of them. I felt their making charges were high but we got some discounts. With the purchase they gave us one black tea box it was nice of them. Will come again.

Visited the shop and they had good collections. staff's behaviour was nice. Miss Arpita showed us some good collection of necklace for my mom. her behaviour was hospitable.

Great Gold and diamond collection. I see a little cost cutting on the gift distribution on purchase. I got a keyring while we purchased a 50,000 worth gold bangle which i think isn't worth the value. Rest is good.

The overall experience with the Gariahat branch is below average. The sales persons were very reluctant to show the design or answer the queries accurately. Very unpleasant behaviour. On top of that, there's one celebrity who visited the store and they were busy in giving them the VVIP treatment and put the other customers on hold. Utter disappointment, please treat all your customers equally with respect and try not to change rules/policies for anyone. We purchase from different branches of Senco and never had any issues. But I don't recommend the Golpark branch of their disappointing customer service and overall behaviour of the sales team.
