They are only money minded after your payments if you ask to change only necklace tarcel then they rejected your request. Very poor service don't go, behaviour change on your status how much you are able to buy. After 1.8 lakhs shopping I just asked to change the tarcel it's not looking good but they didn't change & misbehave with my mother.

Today on 2nd October'2023, I and my wife visited Asansol showroom after a very long time. Very nice behavior of the sales executives and they are very cooperative and customer friendly. Specially Subrata and Tania. Nice design and pocket friendly. Please do visit. Best wishes.

1. The staff members are very jovial and helpful, they are very quick in providing service. 2. They have nice collection of ornaments, but not so much for bullions. 3. High premium charges even for bullions - this hurts the most. This has nothing to do with this particular outlet but with the brand itself, Senco should provide better offers (for bullions) with better designs like that of MMTC-PAMP.

Great ambiance and options, staff behaviour also very polite and supportive. Price and design also very attractive.

We visited Asansol showroom to buy necklace and earrings. During our all previous occasions, we purchased from other renowned chains mostly in Bangalore and USA. As a result we had very high expectations in terms of quality and ease of making payments ( cashless transactions to eliminate cash handling). I must say Senco did an excellent job. We felt welcomed and got to choose from a lot of options. Special thanks to our sales representative, she did an excellent job. Next time when we will visit India, we definitely would like to visit again for other requirements.

I had visited for some shopping few days back. Every working person of this place is hardworking and honest. I love to visit them again for sure.

I had the worst of the experience here...I bought a diamond ring for my father. He wore the ring for two months the 3diamonds came out. I took the ring to the store and they fixed the stones( chargeable). Again after 3months, 4 diamonds came out. I went to the store and complained against the quality of product but they didn't mean to care. I've stopped buying jewellery from since then. Such rude behavior of the staffs are not at all well recieved. They should mend their ways and also deliver quality products to the customer.

The store is located at prime location on the main road made it easy accessible for all. Store is well equipped with security guards and CCTV web. Every customer is welcomed with a greeting to make him or her comfortable. Wide range of jewellery available here. Shopping experience was good but the billing time is too long, it can be shortened.
