Yesterday we went to purchase some gold items.. Surprisingly my mom gifted me a Platinum ring.. Wooow.. As we are the existing customer of Senco we visited previously.. Collections are just eye catching.. One of the best thing is behaviour (specially Itu, she assisted us and helped to purchase the right one) of all staffs and the ambiance..
Here Jewelery collections are really good. They have some really great designs and their staff are also quite helpful in assisting us. We are quite satisfied with their collection and services.

I have purchased many ornaments from our outlet in Kanchrapara. Recently I have purchased a gem stone(Panna) and I felt cheated. No certificate of authenticity has been given to be. The behaviour of the sales person looks suspicious as he wore my ring when I went for delivery when the ring is made (panna). I will definitely take a legal advice and proceed with that. I had a great trust with senco but now it looks in bad shape. You are requested to resolve this issue from your end at the earliest. This is very bad experience I have ever got from senco
