I believe the jewellaey is ok. They have collection but need to do the finishing properly especially for earrings. I have been visiting the place regularly but dont find much new collections. However, I have seen good chain designs. Maybe its better if you provide them with your choice of design to be made. I think thats way much better.

So this was my first (and last) purchase at Senco. I left all the jewellery stores around and took a drive from JP Nagar to Kormangala in search of the best offer. I wanted to buy some jewellery (under 15K) as a gift, but the staff didn't seem interested in helping me and didn't show me any items that fit my price range (maybe 15K is a small amount for them). They do not even have the basic manners to ask the customers to sit and shop. Even the employees were seated and conversing with me. I ultimately spent 18K on jewellery because I needed to give it as a present the following day. Please learn how to behave with customers from GRT and Joyalukkas. Worst behaviour and lack of interest from the staff. Even the toilet cleaning lady was behaving weirdly.

Great staff with top notch hospitality.. Been there on my parents anniversary and it was so sweet of the them to arrange a cake for us.. Special mention to Ms. Pallavi and Mrs. Mary for being really helpful and overall it was a great experience..

Best Store.. service and quality is too good... Presentation is too good i am so happy..but little Problem for silver buyers it is only best for gold and dimond not any huge collection for silver. Ether wise it's good

This Tuesday I called up senco gold Koramangala branch to order a gold ornament for my wife on her birthday. I told them to provide the photos of the ornament design, the sales person was kind enough and prompt to provide me all the photo. Once I selected the billed it quickly there was multiple option for payment. Since I was outside Bangalore and i wanted to suprise my wife i requested them to deliver it to my house. The process of delivery was really nice, the person who went to deliver the jewellery item he also carried a birthday cake for my wife. It was quite a pleasant surprise for her. I am so happy shopping with senco gold Koramangala branch, i really appreciate their hard work.

It was good before but recent experience this Dhanteras was BAD. No good collections and not interested to show options when asked. Staff is rude and arrogant gets tired of showing you options. It's like you've to buy the stuff they decide for you..

The staff was simply amazing. From ground floor to the top floor their attentiveness and eagerness to help stood out. They have a vast collection of traditional gold jewelry.

They have amazing collection of kind of gold nd diamond jewellery..all staffs are very nice specially pallavi Isha sudhir They are very good nd skilled their profession..Now Sencogold is like my other family..very nice behaviour nd cooperative all staffs...
