Love to buy from senco , nice collection . Satisfied
All the staffs here are very helpful and polite. They work overtime whenever needed. Stock of Finger-rings are not up to expectations. Same design is not available in various sizes. Order mist be placed or they must be sent for RESIZING, which will take one month! Seriously?!? 1 month!!? Not enough chairs also! I think there should be a catalogue of items available for the ease of selection.
Pathetic behaviour of the staffs over their. Specially they don't check manufacturing defects or any defects and put allegations on the customer. Their after sales service is pathetic. Worst experience of rude behaviour. Better opt for another store.
Making charge is very high
The person at cash-counter is mannerless. He has some serious attitude problem. Don't know how much he gets paid, but he behaves like a billionaire himself. Showroom's after sales service is poor. Stock is moderate.
All staffs are well-mannered.Friendly atmosphere and more attractive bajet friendly collection are my cause of love for senco gold and diamonds.
The store has very good collection but the making charge is higher than other stores . i bought a tie chain . product quantity is really good
