I love Senco Golds not only because of its collection but also for the service. I used to go to the Siliguri hill cart road showroom as I lived in Siliguri, after shifting to Sodepur, I visit Senco Gold and Diamonds Sodepur branch, at Burma shell. After moving here we bought two products in a few months. Well, I'm very happy with the products. I'm also happy with the help and guidance I got from Arup, a Senco Gold executive staff member who showed us the collections. He was very patient and attentive and did everything needful. Now coming to some negative experiences. They are maybe very minimal but these small things impact a lot. Whenever I used to visit Siliguri's showroom, even if I was not buying anything, they offered me tea or coffee or just water. I visited Sodepur showroom almost 5-6 times in these few months, even bought products. I haven't received anything yet, they didn't even offer or ask. But they do serve those. Every showroom has this facility to serve beverages to the customers. These things make you feel good, and the Sodepur branch is lacking in that. Another thing, the manager in Siliguri branch was always very welcoming to the customers, talked in a way as we were very much acquainted with each other. The manager was very engaging and always upfront. I've hardly seen that in the Sodepur branch. I think this branch should work on these things, otherwise it serves it's purpose. Overall I've no complaint against senco gold. It's a good jewelry store.

Awesome collections. And the main attraction is the warm welcome by every staff member...feels very close to my heart. Generally try to visit this store at least twice a year. The day when I visit this store that day has become very special for me and my family members. I love this place. May I go more and more there.

Pure gold, pure colour love it. Attractive Huge shop sales men and women's are nice. Key point: If you buy or not buy no matters they are kind.

A nice purchasing experience. The store has wide variety of designs. Mrs Deepanjali is very good in customer handling.

Purchased bala from Sodepur showroom. Amazaing choice and variety and equally helpful was Mithun Mallick the sales rep. 5 star for product and Mithun. Time taken to raise invoice took way too long.
