Recently I had lunch here. It was really good food. The taste was awesome. But their atmosphere is so simple you won't expect a great ambiance there.
A decent hotel, oil used is good tasted like Groundnut oil. Dosa varieties are so good. Kari Dosa & Kari Chapati are must try. But the hotel lacks cleanliness and no proper place to sit and eat. Juices are good instead of sugar they do add sugarcane juices.
One of the best home made food restaurant in Ramapuram. Ordered meals and brain fry which cost 95 and 140. Meal was unlimited with one nonveg curry. I ate Karuvaadu kolambu ( Varies daily,not a set recipe ) tastes good. Brain fry was top notch. Shop is run by a group of women. If you want to eat in and around rampuram, I would highly recommend this. They serve authentic Dosa's such as Raagi dosa, kambu dosa and etc.. at night.
Self service, many traditional dosa items are available The ambience may normal but the taste is good. Sunday is Holiday... It's opened for Only dinner.. Need to ensure the price while paying.
Meals costed 110. Tasted better than other commercial hotel. I think the rice quality to be improved, since its raw rice it become little harder when it cools down. Side dish Prawn thokku was good but prawn wad rubbery, cooked little longer. Chicken was okay. Sambar and rasam were really good, curd was so sour they to cut it out slightly by adding salt.
The food is good here. You can get all kinds of Non-Veg Gravies. All the servicing people's are very user friendly. One issue is there is only 30 member seating capacity. You should try this place for the varieties they provide in Veg preparation in the morning and night
Visited here 2 times in 2 days for lunch. First had Chicken Biriyani which tasted like home made (which is what I prefer).. On day 2, had the red rice (called 'samba' rice) which tastes ok and good for health, I still like it alone with the fish fry. The rates feels cheap, you can eat a lot here. This place has a lot of healthy foods which I will definitely visit often. I guarantee this place to be superb for food!
one of the best juice that I ever had that to no added sugar instead they are adding sugar cane juice extract .My favorite is mango Lassi
