Most of my kitchen utensils are bought here. I had nice experience here. All my relatives who resides in avadi used to buy here. But in recent times, i am very disappointed with the service and quality of the product which they provided to us. All the utensils are not in good condition at purpose time. I bought some steel boxes worth 2000 rupees out of total bill 4000 without notice the bents in some boxes. when I went home only I saw those bents in the steel box. I tried to replace it. But the thing i didn't find boxes with good condition, all the boxes are worst then i bought. Also they asked service women to help me out. She too was lethargic and said all the boxes are coming like this only. Whatever product which i bought before didn't have this problem. Also i had very bad experience when I bought a kitchen utensils for my mom. It had some cracks in the utensils within a month of usage. So some executives in the store has already informed her if we had a bill we will replace it. So i went for replacing it. First they asked us to take replace vessel. Myself and dad was trying to take the new one. Within few mins, person came near us and told us we haven't sold this type of model vehicle. It just became an insult to us and we stopped visiting the shop after this incident.
