This is by far the worst experience of booking a hotel for official purpose. This hotel staffs are very arrogant and make us wait for so long to complete a already prebooked room. Once done the room they showed was so stinky and bad. Bathrooms are too worst. When asked for change they said we have to wait for a day. We planned for 5 days stay it was all horrible as it was prebooked. Breakfast is free but not much options only 4-5 items not worth a penny . I think they don't have any kitchen and just getting it near by road side food dealers as we have to wait every day for food to arrive. No room service available or intercom facility only you need to call the mobile number. Can you image how bad to do this as most of the time the number is busy. TV is there but not working. We stayed during ICT world cup cricket and not able to see the single match. We have to use our mobile phones or laptop to watch it House keeping ?? do they really have one???? not cleaned rooms until 4 days we have to use the same bed liners and items. Hope you guys understand our pain. Location is prime area but most of the rooms are empty due to this customer service. Better stay away from this junk hotel if you need peace of mind on your business trip.

I was there in this hotel. This hotel is very good in photos and the ambience they show. But in reality it is nothing. Not at all a clean place to stay. All the buckets and the mugs are filled with algae in the bathroom. The kettle and coffee mugs are not cleaned properly. The have charged me for AC Room but the AC in the room is not working. Apart from informing them they have not repaired it nor taking any actions. It is a nice place to see in photos. (Not attaching much pics here as it is of no use. Just have added the ones for the sake of recognition of the hotel.)

Rooms are clean and with window lot of sunlight, cool A/C. Location is best because its next to apollo hospital OMR. They serve complimentary breakfast which is good as theres not a lot of options nearby. Customer service is friendly and easy going. Overall experience good. Would recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

My two day stay at hotel was very nice. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. They don't have in house restaurant and calling service not available but they do bring zomato swiggy parcels in the room. Staffs are polite and friendly. Overall its good and its in the main road.v

Nice hotel and good pricing. It's in a great location in Chennai. The staff is very nice and friendly. The security staff is good as well. We would definitely stay here in the future.

Well maintained and a good car parking facility is available in this location. Breakfast was very good as compared with other hotels in this location.

Very rude behaviour with guest worst facilities. Manager Ramkumar was very rude & behaving disrespectful with guests and his visitors. Not sure how management appointed such unprofessional person as manager,even thier own staff admitted the same. That too we manage 4 days with water problem and AC problem.not worth for business/corporate people. Please don't book this anymore. Be Safe. We booked and vacated immediately after that Ramkumar behaviour. I suggest to search elsewhere, even if they reduce price.

VERY GOOD PLACE! FAMILY FRIENDLY I contacted sekaran hotels for urgent rooms booking in bulk for my family function that happened nearby. They arranged rooms quickly and the rooms are very good and Location is in main area. Early check-in, Late checkout options available for good price too. Manager Ram kumar, Barath, Senthil in lobby good service.
