Amanji was our point of contact and our driver was Chandrashekharji. Both of them down to earth and available for any assistance when needed. I will be honest to say at no time, money aspect was spoken by either of them, which showed how much they care for customer experience. The vehicle that was given to us was top class. *VERY BAD AND POOR* -- I have been booked Tempo traveller from them through personally visit to office and they also show the vehicle to me. They took booking advance from me and also provide me the receipt. Day after the booking they told me they don't have vehicle and cancelled my booking. So not reliable service provider and gave false commitment. On other hand if same would be happened from customer side they not refund even a single penny to the customer from advance.
We booked a bus from Sehgal travels for Delhi to Agra , Jaipur trip for 5 days . Bus was in very good condition, driver was very good in driving and very punctual. The cleaner was a little slow but not a big issue .. 10/10 for there services
We hired this bus fir a 8 day trip to manali, dharamsala, amrithsar.. Tvwas not working, music system not working,and a rude driver!
