Most horrible experience. I checked their website and selected a yellow sapphire to be fit in a ring. Since I am based at London, I gave them correct UK size for the ring to be made. They not only made a wrong size ring which caused a big hassle but also changed the stone (yellow sapphire) without informing me. They simply replaced my chosen stone with a inferior quality stone. I feel cheated and advise others not to deal with them.
"An absolute rip off" This is the feeling and experience I had with these guys. Will recommend this businness to people who have money to waste. Bought gold from them and later on got that gold weighed from someone else, it came out to be less than the ordered weight. When asked, these guys took no responsibility at all.
