Doctor Balachandar treated me very well .. He kept himself calm even though there is no help from the supporting staff in the hospital .. I will definitely suggest him to my friends and family... Regarding the hospital management, the quality is substandard and need to improve.. No proper guidance in reception.. advertise as 24 hour hospital but no one there until 10 o'clock in the morning..
Physio department is too bad don't you guys know how to address the patient and about the history collection try to learn that first. Guys pls don't waste your money on physio everything is worst except ragu doc consultation .
Over cost for daily basis...5000 per day...but improper service and bathroom are fully damage..no take care ....money only asking
Only good thing is Ragu Doctor and his sound experience and nice gesture in treating the patients... Rest everything is too bad... We had a surgery for my cousin, and the hospital cleanliness and infra is worst to the core... After the surgery completion compounder or wardboy behaviour with the patients is too much rude escpecially... And while discharging they won't care about the patients they just care on the money how to get form them with bundle of reasons .... From the sweeper, wardboy , escpecially the dressing people they just need to get the money without any valid reasons or bills .... Instead of that they can beg like anything.... Only thing is not about the money, if they serviced that level e can give tips or service charge kind of things.... But they not even care about any patient but they need money....
Currently the hospital is very bad. Kindly go to other hospitals for accident wounds. Poor response. Attender and nurse will act like they are the docs in the hospital.
Once upon a time it will good but now I had bad experience, cost is too high , treatment is not fair
