Seematti is one of the most famous and old textile shops in kerala. It has a wide range of dress collection where i found latest collection of dresses. Most of the staffs were male even in saree section and they were quite knowledgeable about it. There is a vast parking space present. The building is huge. Nice customer service. Onam offers were going on when i visited the place. The main thing i noticed is that the price was a bit high compared to other shops for running materials. I don't know regarding other clothes.

Lot of good collection of all types of fabrics. Baby dress mens wear, ladies dress and other household items. Lot of parking space. Have to pay Rs 500 in advance for parking which will be deducted in the final bill. Ground floor ladies items. First floor for sarees, second floor ladies dress salwar etc, Third floor Mens wear shirts, pants etc. Fourth floor children items. Lift available

Seemati is a well known textile shop in Kottayam. From my experience, they have always performed well in all aspects! I had been a customer here for ages and they have never made me upset with anything. They have a wide variety of clothes available with a reasonable price! The good thing is that, you will be able to find clothes at many price points! The quality is also very pleasing! They have a very big parking. The staffs here are energetic and helpful but sometimes due to stress they can seem a bit uninterested. The place is huge so first timers might find it difficult to navigate through the place but thanks to the helpful staff you will never be lost here!! Seemati is definitely in the top 5 textile shops in Kottayam! Give it a try! And stitching is also available here

It's a garment store for men, women & children with contemporary fashions. There is much to choose from. But the prices are on an expensive side.

A very good outlet for clothing and accessories at Kottayam. Been there for some time and makes good efforts to provide the latest. A tad expensive, though you'll find most of whatever you need as far as clothing is concerned here, especially for women.

The service is very good, and the collections are extensive. There are around 5 floors each focusing on something like kids, men's wear, ladies wear etc. The prices maybe a little bit on the higher side, but the quality of the materials is fantastic and they last well. There are plenty of parking available onsite, with a deposit of $500 which is given back if we buy anything from the store.

This place is best if you are looking for bridal and party sarees.Also there are vast collection of party wears. The worst part of shopping here is that if any one wants to park vehicles like car or bike first you must pay 500 rs as parking fee ,which is very huge as compared to other shops. Though this money will be deducted from the bill amount, it forces the customer to buy something to get the cash back. Also the price of each item is very high as compared to other textiles.
