If there is a negative rating option, i would have given that. I had the worst ever experience from this shop. They have clearly displayed their replacing policy in the billing section, but if we go to replace any clothes, the salestaff as well as the ground floor manager Mr. PRAVEEN will treat us as we are some beggers. There is no use in contacting their customer care number as the same person is attending the call and giving the reply as he don't care about it because i think the same thing is happening on a daily basis as we can see from other reviews also. Today you lost 10 family customer already. To the management: If you are getting this much negative reviews to your organization due to an employee and still you are supporting this guy, kindly note that this is not the only clothing store in thrissur. The mantra is always customer satisfaction first.

Not a good shopping experience. Staffs are unprofessional and unfriendly. Billing area and delivery area has to be managed properly as it is a complete mess during festive season time. Ground floor was tightly packed with clothing which made it difficult to go from one section to other.

Staff's behavior is very pathetic. 2 of them scolded my kids for playing with cloth hanger. I did not know cloth hanger costed more than clothes. What do you expect kids to do in a textile shop? Shopping? Arrange a play area for them n then speak. It's your duty to open and show the fabrics to us if u want us to purchase. Some staffs were very ignorant to take out the fabrics from the plastic cover itself. We went for shopping in the morning and checked out in the evening. Not even a glass of water was served to us. They were also reluctant to give us an extra bag after shopping for a whooping amount. Grow up guys! Always remember "Customer is the King". Such a worst experience. I don't recommend anyone to purchase from here.

No one should ever go to this shop the staff there are very bad with the children and that's how two of the staff there behaved very badly with my baby when I complained to the supervisor there even if you didn't come to this shop It is not a problem, he replied.we were insulted i front of lot of customers,and left with a lot of customers.I asked to speak with the owner but they couldn't agree . No one should go to that shop where there are such cruel people... This is very honest...

Best place for economical to expensive clothings, dress materials. Some times air conditioner kept off which creates suffocating environment so that you can't stay longer inside the store.. Big parking place is add on.

Seemas Wedding collection is located on the Thrissur - Palghat road, Mahatma Nagar, opposite Smokin Burg. Hotel Sreeram vilas is also opposite this showroom. This is a multi - floor shop. They sell formals and casual for ladies, gents and kids. They have great discount sales and festive offers. Always examine the apparels well before purchasing. The shop closes at 20 : 30 pm. At busy hours parking could be a problem. Happy Shopping!

Very bad experience.. The manager in saree section he doesn't have the basic curtesy..
