Supervisior at first floor (remember his name as Rahul) used to be customer friendly. But, this time experience was different. Looks like he is unhappy. Collections seems to be at a lower level compared to previous. Are they heading for closure?? Overall, not happy this time and may not visit again
A good shop to purchase for birthdays, anniversaries and casual functions. They have decent collections for both gents, ladies and kids. But not recommended for any wedding parties. Wedding collection can be improved. Staff behaviour is nice and polite. The shop is located in the town and it is easy to find. The car parking area is very less.
Best shop available in Muvattupuzha. Already done two wedding shopping from there. You will get best collection in reasonable price. Lots of new collection available after covid pandemic. Suggest you to visit once before going to Ernakulam/Thodupuzha. The staff are very friendly. After two shopping they start recognise me. Usually discounts are available. Avarage shop lot of ladies collections
I recently visited Seema's Shop in Muvattupuzha with my wife and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The store did not have the AC turned on, despite the hot summer weather, which made shopping uncomfortable. In addition, the changing room fan was not working, adding to the discomfort. After 30 minutes, other customers arrived and the AC was finally turned on. I also found the pricing at Seema's Shop to be quite high compared to other stores in the area.
Very worst experience...better you go for kalyan or pulimoottil silks
Very bad service. Employees are not interested in serving customers properly. Employees are very lazy.
